Easy Teaching Tools: About Us

My name is Kristen Walker and I’ve enjoyed teaching Kinder and First grade at both a low-performing and high-performing Title I school. I've earned my Master's Degree in Education with an emphasis in Reading in addition to my Reading Specialist Certificate. When I 'm not teaching my scholars, I enjoy creating materials to share with my colleagues, organizing family literacy events, and giving workshops on ways to make Literacy Workshop effective and engaging. I started Easy Teaching Tools in 2007 after an abundant amount of positive feedback from my colleagues.
